Kitchens of Indiawww.kitchensofindia.com.  They have such amazing dishes like Palak Paneer (spinach cheese sauce).  What we do is add tinned chicken to them and some spicy sauce and on top of rice, this is a heavenly dish.  Its also perfect boat food as it stores in these vacuum packed pouches

 SEASICKNESS REMEDIES

Stugeron – European drug we read about in other cruiser’s blogs – works great, full proof and no side effects.  Lasts 6 hours, so have to keep taking.  Not sold in the US, but available in Europe (UK & Belgium for sure) and Russia (cheap! $1.50 per pack of 48 tablets

Bracelet – best thing is that works while you are seasick aleady.  Feels weird and not completely full proof.

Scopalomine patch – works great, full proof, but gives me incredible dry mouth
